Tina was amazing. She should get a raise. She was the only one who really cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the inside of the hotel was clean and well-maintained, which was a relief given that they allow pets. The front desk staff, particularly the gentleman who checked me in at 11 pm, were kind and helpful. However, there were some issues that detracted from my stay. Thank you for the review, we do have security that patrols the property every 15 to 20 minutes. Also, the breakfast is the brand standard ESA breakfast.
Easy in and out with regards to the closeness of the freeway. We have always been comfortable at this hotel. Your staff actually wants to be helpful.
