Response from the staff for the issues reported is very poor.
This BW is close via freeway to many places...waterfalls, Washington and great restaurants.
Our room was very nice and updated but my only concern was the carpet. The carpets were sticky and felt like it needed a deep cleaning. We booked a non smoking room and we had strong smell of cigarettes when the AC was turned on. Other than that, the rooms were super clean and updated and breakfast was good.
Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.
The very firm beds were excellent. The room was clean and very spacious.
Recommended Hotel in Portland. Hotel is far beyond our expectation. Clean and spacious room. Property looks new and well maintained. Service is friendly and breakfast is alright. Free parking and some resto are available nearby. We enjoyed our stay there.
It is very clean. Getting into the property was difficult. Don’t know why we were put in a handicap room. It would have been nice for someone in a wheelchair.
