I was very happy with this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and every effort was made to keep it stocked and fresh. Hottest water I have ever experienced in the bath! Room smelled a little stale. Room service and front desk staff are great. One person was a little grumpy when I asked about the availability of evening cookies (which were a great touch!). COMPLETELY REMODELED, EVERYTHING WAS AS REQUESTED. BREAKFAST WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE

Check in just a bit slow. Only one person had to help clients as well as answer phone.

The location is a quiet one with fast food and a breakfast place nearby, with lots of trees, and not as far from downtown Portland as you would think (15 minutes away only!). Nothing to complain about the service and facilities. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows are all too thick (for my preference) and it feels like I have my head too high up when sleeping. :(
