Inviting and new even down to the smell. Very well maintained and clean. Looked and smelled as if it was opened yesterday. Friendly staff. Will be looking at other locations in the future to see if this is the norm.

Clean but no frills. Minimal continental breakfast The room was very clean but not a lot of frills. Continental breakfast was pretty minimal. Just some packaged muffins and granola bars, oatmeal packets. Fairly convenient to restaurants and colleges in Providence.

We were very happy with our experience. Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I wish was better was the water temperature. I love hot showers. The water didn't seem to be hit enough for me. I like my skin to burn lol, but it was perfect for my husband.

Super Clean and Comfortable Plenty of amenities with a full size refrigerator. Super clean and friendly staff. We did have a bumpy first night with loud guests above us. We brought it to the front desk’s attention and they took care of it immediately. The grab and go breakfast could use some fruit and non-carb choices as well as a beverage for us non-coffee drinkers! If I had to find any faults with our stay it would be that the shower head water pressure is not adjustable.

Very nice .great location. If you want to go to Newport this is the place to stay. Easy access not a lot of traffic.
