We had some confusion with our reservations a hour after we checked in on Friday but Stephanie the manager straightened it all out when she came in at 1100 AM on Saturday much to my relief. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Pretty goiod value The property was in pretty good condition, the price was fair, it was relatively quiet, and a desk helped with doing work.
Carpet in the public area is not clean

Two-double room on 4th floor was spacious and clean, if a little spartan. Staff were friendly. Some road noise and can hear other guest rooms a bit, but not too bad. The surrounding area is bland and unattractive, but East Side/Brown/Downcity are only a convenient ten-minute drive away with all the nice stuff there. Wifi was good. No problems with our stay. I'd stay here again.
