1st room YUCK! 2nd room NICE! The 1st room we were given had dirty towels on the bathroom wand some dirty men’s socks rolled up next to the bed. There was also an empty large screen LG TV box in the room. I called the front desk immediately and after she came up to inspect the room she immediately gave us another one that smelled good and was CLEAN.

It was conveniently close to the highway
Would definitely recommend or stay again if needed. Extremely reasonable price for the included kitchenette , clean bathroom , good size tv, and comfy beds. Everything was clean as could be. All the staff I came across were awesome as well , very helpful I was explained everything about the property policies, amenities, easy in and outs regarding entrances exits, etc. I only had a small issue with my room cards ( I think I demagnetized them accidentally with my phone and belongings and such) and was immediately given two bra... read more
Convenient for events in Providence. Room did not come with plates and kitchenware, but was available at the front desk.

Areas of improvement One of the front desk women was completely rude. I went down to ask if we could have more wash clothes and she rudely replied “we don’t have any” and walked away from me. Didn’t apologize, didn’t say they were being laundered, didn’t say let me go check to see if I have any. Just plain rude. The refrigerator had a knocking noise that kept us awake throughout the night.

Excellent customer service
For an extended stay, you would think a takeaway breakfast would be far more impressive than a handful of small oranges and granola bars, sweetened instant oatmeal, and coffee with only sweetened coffee mate as milk options? With as much as it costs to stay here, a 24 hour coffee bar is a bare MINIMUM with actual milk products.Your travelers shouldn't have to leave property to get a damn coffee!
