Employee at front desk was friendly and helpful. A king room had been reserved but was told there was none available because of a large number of checkouts and cleaning staff was unable to prepare all the rooms and now they had left for the day. A double queen was offered but after stating we purposely reserved a king, we were offered a handicapped room with a king, so that is what we took. There was some homelessness in the area and looked like it might not be very safe after hours. Lots of businesses looked like the took precautions against theft. We noticed 24 hour security vehicles in parking lot of strip mall.

I liked that it was clean, good beds, but it needs to get better with putting more towels and a coffee maker
