Usually extended stays can be hit & miss depending on location. This one is 1/2 block from the beautiful marina in sparks,nv. Dog friendly as well. Very clean and staff very courteous
Our room did not have any windows that could be opened. The ventilation system has a fan that runs continuously even when you turn the thermostat to “off” which made it hard to sleep. The refrigerator also made too much noise so I had to turn it off.

Nice room, a few sketchy non guests hanging around Everything was neat and clean in the room. Thermostat worked and I was able to adjust it the way I wanted. Had a corner room which kept traffic in the corrider to a minimum. Room was over a busy intersection so could hear cars going past all night but the room had a good window which blocked out most of the noise.
