the room is clean and spacious, with a car, the area is convenient enough, there are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. the breakfast is very basic that I'd rather call it snack.

Nice place to stay, very clean and with friendly personal, a lot of space and quite a large kitchen. Two small cons - our fridge could be quite loud sometimes and there is no real breakfast - only coffee, tea, oats and breakfast bars and some fruit. Which was sufficient for us but should be noted. Still good place for very good price - 5 stars.
