The property was perfect for what we wanted and close to Aikido of Tamalpais which is what we needed. Great place and had all the amenities we were looking for.

Bring your own ice. There are only two ice trays in the freezer and they are not filled. No ice machine on site, was told the gas station was the closest sorce. Note that if you want dishes, coffee maker, pots, pans etc. you have to ask for them at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast, not great, bring your own fruit, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, if you are prepared for the above stuff its a good place.
