I did not like the fact I did not get a phone call or email stating the elevator was not working, had to walk up and down the stairs from the 4th floor, and how some of the people hang out in the hall in front of your room door.

never again The hotel is clean. However the elevator was broken and we were placed on the 3rd floor. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room with luggage. Neither choice of compensation or new room was made available. Additionally, when we asked for fresh towels at the front desk, we were told we needed to retrieve the used ones and bring those down first. This seemed unreasonable considering the 6 flight walk up. In the evening there were also guests in the stairwells drinking beer. I would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for. This was an inexpensive option. We were only staying for 4 nights. The room was bigger than an average hotel room, because it is an "extended stay" type of facility. Bathroom was a decent size. There was a kitchen area, including full size fridge and a cooktop, but absolutely nothing in the cabinets to use (dishes/pots/pans/silverware). Staff VERY unkind and dismissive
