Stuck Well the elevator was down the ENTIRE WEEKEND which was a total hassle. Upon checking out I asked if we would be compensated for the inconvenience but have yet to see any type of refund to my account.

Very convenient, nice property, very good sraff
Beautiful and convenient to 95. Thoughtbit waa very rude that as soon as I registered there was an automatic email saying no early check in or late check out. So not even considered just a blanket statement.

We have stayed at 2 Extended Stay hotels and both were extremely clean. I received a courtesy call from Esther on the morning of our arrival. She wanted to let me know the elevator was out of order. I told her we are senior citizens and it we wouldn't be able to carry our luggage up steps. She immediately confirmed a ground floor room. I asked the lady at the front desk if Esther was working. No frills but perfect. Elevator was broken and being repaired, but front desk called to let me know that as soon as I made my reservation. They reminded me as I checked in. Great friendly staff. Clean location just off the interstate with some restaurants nearby, including a decent steakhouse next door. I'd definitely stay here again.
Enjoyed our room and stay; however, the elevator was broken for most of our stay.
