The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and very efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Visiting family. The front desk team was very courteous.
Decent Stay Hotel was decent. Customer service was good. When I came back from the Kennedy Space Center, our rooms weren’t clean. Was told that house cleaning wasn’t done everyday unless you stay more than a week or something. So I just got some clean towels from front desk. Breakfast was just grab and go. Which is fine, but wish they had some juice or milk for the ones that don’t drink coffee/tea (especially for the kids).
Clean but terrible pillows It was okay, about average. The room was very clean but the pillows were not great at all. Bring your own pillows.....

Would not recommend. Nothing in your kitchen, if you want a cup or coffeemaker or anything you have to request it? Cheap Dollar tree decorations at check in desk, taped up with Scotch tape and paper clips.
