Nice property
I left something in the room and didn’t notice until 2 weeks later when travelling home. I called and was told she couldn’t see it. What I don’t get is they had all my contact info and could have sent a quick email and I would have picked it up on my way home. Not too much to ask and not an unreasonable expectation. Not happy with the customer service.
