Forgotten my necklace at the hotel Everything was good except that I forgot my necklace in the room (332) that I have been able to get a hold of someone in that hotel to tell me that they have it for me

Nice but could be even better! If Check in was fine and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable even the hall carpet was newer and nice. Just a few items need to be attended to make it a 5 star review. The elevators were very tired and worn looking. New flooring would help immensely. Also in the breakfast area the can lights had webs and dust which should be a no no in a food area. Our shower was huge and very nice but the ceiling was peeling and had obvious water damage. Checking in and out was easy. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Night before a cruise Needed to stay somewhere the night before a cruise. I only stayed one night and the location was great. The hotel was just OK.
