Checking in and out was easy. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Night before a cruise Needed to stay somewhere the night before a cruise. I only stayed one night and the location was great. The hotel was just OK.

Hits and misses Very clean room but incredibly, visually sterile. It felt ‘brand new’ and was even touted as a “grand opening”. There were no hangars or extra furniture to sit on. For an extended stay suite, there were no amenities unless I asked for them. But they are available. While effective and clean, the desk in the room was simply a rolling table. Nice clean room. Staff was great.
Heater didn’t work well. I set 75F but it only got 72F. Air conditioner was blowing cold air.
