Nice Hotel, Crappy Front Desk Staff I shouldn’t have to wait for ten minutes between sets of doors to check in to the room I paid for in advance. I was incredibly disappointed in the night front desk staff. I ended up bruising my knuckles from how long and hard I was knocking to get someone’s attention when the front desk phone went unanswered every time I called, even after check-in.

OK but next time I'll spend more to stay elsewhere It's not a bad hotel. The bed and the shower were both good. However, there's only one elevator so things can be slow. The "kitchen" area of the "suite" had no silverware, flatware, can opener etc and didn't even have a coffee maker. Many customers seem to work for contractors whose budget doesn't extend to anything better.

We had a room with a king size bed, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful.

Very good room for the price. Clean, well maintained and very efficient
Fair to good value. Clean relatively newish room although a little small for an extended stay.
