Very accommodating as they were full and we were upgraded without extra charge. I did find 2 tiny cockroaches but not end of the world. Suggest to maybe have cleaning a bit more thoroughly. Over all great

Clean and quiet!
The room was very clean, extremely quiet, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was great. Oddly, the kitchen was totally bare of any eating or cooking items...no dishes, no silverware, no pots or pans, etc. When I asked about it at the front desk, they showed me to a locked room where we could pick out what we needed. Is this normal? Also, the room only had one chair for eating. That said, we enjoyed our stay here.
