I checked right after front desk closed. Ashley is the after hours staff member. She was awesome and so helpful! All I had to do was pick up the phone and a person would pick up the phone who then would notify her to let me in so I could get checked in. Great service!
In all honestly, I booked this place by mistake…I wanted a totally different hotel with some similarity in name. I explained my mistake to the front desk woman, Liana, and she totally understood and allowed us to cancel our reservation & processed our refund. Liana was very pleasant and professional, a real asset to this property!!
Property was okay - but no amenities and parking was too expensive. But otherwise a good stay for travelers...
The desk person, Tommy, was nice and explained everything well. This property is in need of maintenance care and
