I felt very safe at this property. With the doors locked at all times gave me an extra sense of security. The hotel was very quiet and someone was on call 24hrsand anytime I had to call after hours the staff answered on the first call and came down very quickly to help with what was needed. The front desk is great

The property is clean and safe the staff is super friendly and helpful
I stayed here for two nights. The pros: - The room was clean. - The staff were friendly. - Melanie was able to accommodate me with an early check in. (1:30pm) - Location was great as it was close to where I needed to be and also not too far from San Diego. The cons: - no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk on each day and they mentioned they would need to find one but unfortunately after 2 nights I still did not receive a hair dryer - the lobby area and walkways have shown its age. Here for the night. Room was sketchy. Hotel getting old. No amenities in the room. Breakfast was a joke. No fruit, yogurt or milk/cereal
