good location, nice room If you are on an extended stay in Reno, this is an excellent jump off point near 2 freeways, and away from the traffic jams near the casinos. We use our kitchens, so had to order everything on the 'customize' menu, but all was clean and very useful. Do need to bring a few more basic kitchen necessities- like salt and pepper, and paper towels, condiments, but there are stores and restaurants nearby for all tastes. Great bed- didn't wake up sore! Three night stay with pets, worked fine.
The only negative was the mattress. Our feet were higher than our heads. House keeping needs to rotate the mattresses more often. Other than that it was clean and kn good shape.

Nice hotel Nice hotel. New or remodeled and clean.
There was a plug in air freshener in room and the smell kept us awake. We didn’t know where the smell came from and searched the room to find a plug in diffuser. We are very sensitive to neurotoxins such as Glade and Febreeze. We had to leave the door open to get rid of the odor in the middle of night. The breakfast was sub par but there were many eateries around the hotel.
