Staff was friendly good location close to everything room was clean but shower curtain had lots of mold stains at the bottom and the desk chairs were dirty and one has so much dust built up on the back it was insane. I'm still tryna figure out where the breakfast was because there's no dining area

This is a new property that opened in the spring of 2025. It still had the shine of newness. It has very basic decor and limited amenities, this is by the brands design. We chose based on value and pet friendliness. All in, it was at least $100 less expensive (and for many properties the delta was much greater) than other options. We were in Charlottesville for a UVA football game and many hotels were priced accordingly.
