The grab and go breakfast means oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins, nutrigrain bars, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The staff was very accommodating to any requests that we had (toaster, new sheets and towels). The laundry costs $12.50 per load after you buy soap from the outrageously priced vending machines. The exercise room consists of a treadmill and an elliptical. No weights. But the hotel is situated next to amazing paved walking trails.
