Very good customer service!
It's a great location. Shopping, restaurants, bus transfer station if it's needed. Staff very friendly and informative. I would stay at this location again.
The hallway smell stinky.
Great prices
When we entered the room we stayed in it smelled like a gym locker room...we bought air freshner and a candle so when we were there we could help make the smell less obtrusive. We never had anyone offer to come clean the room or change sheets the 8 days we were there. It was an okay experience but will find another place to stay when we come home to Massachusetts next time.
Our stay there was just ok.Elevators not working
Everything was great ... except the "grab and go breakfast," which was plastic-wrapped muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. Disappointing. Loved the staff and the suite. Unfortunately, the "breakfast" was a dealbreaker for returning a second time.
