The staff was accommodating and helpful.
Very convenient and check-in was really smooth. Will stay again.
Special shout out to the manager Sydney for going above and beyond to accommodate us when the room we reserved was no longer available.
The property is brand new, the staff absolutely outstanding with their level of kindness and professionalism. I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tampa area, it is convenient to Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, Downtown and an EASY exit right off of I-4. LOVE!!!
The check in was easy and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. The elevator and hallway was dirty. And the room was clean but I saw in the morning a little cockroach running around the bedroom. A little more effort can be great.
