No utensils in room microwave not working breakfast was lame just coffee ( which was out and need to ask for refill ) and oatmeal packages and granola bars
When i had an initial problem with my room upon check in, i stopped into the offince before leaving for my event and told them. They upgraded my room for the inconvenience and gave me a new room without question or issue. They even let me move my things from my original room after my event instead of right away which was a blessing so i was not late.

Clean and comfortable beds, very nice floors, showers, large space, a great kitchen with the clean appliances. I used to stay here prior to Covid before it closed when it was a different hotel. Its a great location with potential so I'm glad it was turned into an Extended Stay America. They did great with their renovations. I have a small dog and I love that its a pet friendly hotel, and its very clean. The laundry room has a secure door with new machines that work wonderfully!
