Nice staff but in desperate need of repair It’s important to know that the people working here were lovely… And proximity to the airport is very good and the housekeeping department was more than adequate in that as much as it could be the room was quite clean. That being said this place needs an angel. It was absolutely beyond shabby. Torn headboard, no mattress, cover, dented and marked up refrigerator in the room. Roaches in room, issues with control on AC, hair in shower before we arrived. The front desk was very helpful, kind and pleasant.
Had to wait 15 mins to get checked in, person was out taking care of rooms or something, seems like it might of just been him.
