ISSUES Checking in was great because of the very nice black lady who checked me in….she was super friendly and I hate that I didn’t get her name Some of the room was dirty, bathroom shower dripped on tub faucet making noises, stove hood light and fan didn’t work, and 2 of the lights in the ceiling didn’t work, and no bed side lamp in room All of the above were mentioned to front desk, work order slip done, work was to happen the next day but nothing was looked at of fixed.
It was a great property. The only complaint we have is the constant in and out of the office door next to our room. We kept hearing slams throughout the night.
This stay serve the purpose. I felt safe and it was clean. The only downside is the water pressure in the bathroom. Faucet was crazy low. But everything else was pretty good. The carpets could be replaced, but they were clean and I didn’t feel that they were too nasty, yet.
