I had trouble opening the room door. I had let them know that it was causing me trouble and one of the associates said it was probably the battery that needed replacing. It was not done. I had to go to the front desk numerous times. The stairwells and room were clean. The breakfast was dehydrated oatmeal and coffee. I was expecting a bit more for breakfast. The first night I was there I was asleep by 830 11 PM the fire alarm went off for over an hour. Had to go outside and stand in rain until fire dept. Showed up. Come to find out the hotel staff set off main fire alarm
