The staff was great despite Covid making things difficult. We really needed more pillows but couldn’t get them. Would be nice for kitchen supplies to just be upon request without an extra charge. Would also be nice to have night security to crack down on disruptive behavior and pot smoking by the other guests.

There were a lot of people staying there that were homeless. I felt like I was in a halfway house even though I paid to be there.
