Unhappy with service 💔 Twice I came there, and couldn't get in there was nobody at the front desk and they said call 500 I did and they never picked up. Two other times I came and I waited one time 15 minutes and another time 25 minutes wasn't happy. And there is never he in my rooms

Good location. The property policy prohibit smoking. and we "the guests" do ot smoke. but the workers smoke by the entrance all the time. 2nd hand smoke to the guests. it's a very poor practice.

I greatly appreciated the staff’s consideration and professionalism. The property and the grounds are clean and well taken care of. The room was clean, all linens and towels were very clean and could be changed upon request per their policy. Location allows for walking to downtown. Walkable distance to supermarkets. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. This is a perfect hotel for short or extended stay in every regard.

The staff was incredible! The suite was extremely comfortable! Only thing I would recommended is a more comfy bed and free linens and towels.

The rooms were perfect. I changed rooms only because on 1st floor and noisey, i was stressed. But once i changed room, i was better
