Best No Frills place you will ever stay! CLEAN too Well that was a pleasant surprise! I was so happy to see how immaculate things were when I arrived. That is rare and I am very fussy. It is exactly as they say and the things they do are reasonable. For instance, optional maid service, optional towel and linen service worked for me! Very clean. Very new. Its an extended stay property, and it’s a bit out of the downtown area, but a lyft/uber to most places I went was only 5-7. And I did walk if I had the time and it wasn’t to hot.

We had to ask everyday for new Towels at the desk and no cleaning was made at any time during our 4 days at the hotel.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own toiletries, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, etc. I'm so sorry you were not expecting this and did not enjoy your stay because of it. Did not like sheet on bed. It had clammy feel. Did not like paying for two extra pillows. Did not like not being able to break a 20 dollar bill at the front desk. Vending machines had a tendency to keep the change. We won’t be back.

The kitchenette was awesome. It’s messed up they make you pay extra for utensils. But totally worth it to bring your own cookware and dishes and have a good time.
