This is the first hotel I have stayed in that did not have coffee in the room. Since I was leaving early for a flight, there was no coffee in the lobby either. I also booked this hotel because it was on your list of those with airport shuttle. No shuttle. I was in a hurry when I booked and will pay better attention next time.

I like the room just crappy front desk service upon my check in it took them 20 mins just to come to the front desk
