Lack of service and the staff didn’t explain anything about what’s provided or not beforehand. I wouldn’t bring my child here, there’s a lot of unusual characters loitering at the back entrance. Other than that, the rooms are big and the cleanliness is excellent. The security is also decent, they lock all doors by 8pm so anyone who doesn’t have a hotel card, can not access the front lobby, or any other doors.

Easy access to downtown by car or Lyft. However, GPS coordinates don't show the proper streets--in fact Corliss street isn't listed. Both of our Lyft drivers got lost.

Not enough carts available for moving items in and out of room. Only one for the entire place! Otherwise, OK as advertised
