Overall a good experience We had a late check in and the lady at the desk was very helpful and responsive. The room was nice. My wife and 3 children had plenty of room in the two double beds with the pull out couch. It was clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was very limited compared to others I have had. Checking out there was a bit of confusion on the bill during check out as the computer did not originally register the price from Hotels.com but the lady at the desk (now someone different) was very helpful and all ... read more
Good Bargain The room was great for the price and included the mini kitchen, etc. It was a great bargain that included a lot of amenities for a great low price. The only negative was the landscaping crew that woke me up early and covered my car in the parking lot with a layer of lawn debris after I had just washed it!
close to shopping & airport I like this hotel because of location and the price but.....The rooms should have been cleaner. There was dirt in the corners on the bathroom floor and I found the previous guest dirty socks under one of the beds. The coffee they served 24 hours a day was only fresh in the morning, otherwise it was old and lukewarm. If you went out after 11pm it was difficult to get back in the front door, the key entry didn't work and the help was closed in a backroom so not to hear the guest trying to get in. I ... read more
Nice experience..... Great hotel.....great staff.....the only negative is the thin walls. The noise from the housekeepers cleaning the adjoining room woke me up in the mornings. Plus, pets were allowed, the barking of my neighbors small dogs annoyed me and woke me up before I wanted. Other then that, good expereince. .
Close to airport Really good, friendly staff . Only stayed one night but it would have been good for a longer stay if needed.
