very nice, friendly staff Hotel quite adequate. Staff made us quite comfortable.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. However, they did not clean rooms daily. Also, was not satisfied with smoking on the floor with no-smoking rooms. The hallways smelled of smoke. When i complained to front desk, they told me nothing they could do about it!

One Night With A King We had a long day with flights from St. Louis to Providence. It was late and our luggage had been lost. We got to our Extended Stay hotel (which was the best one I had stayed in) and settled in for a wait for our luggage. It didn't come until the next day. We asked for an extended check out and the staff was so helpful. In fact, the night before, our room had been on the second floor and way down the hall. Visiting Rhode Island The location was a good one, but not easy to find. GPS not very helpful & their sign was not either. They should not advertise breakfast, as it was not even close to being such. The hall & our room smelled of fried fish. The night was cool, so we had our windows open, which we were happy opened, until the early morning when people started blowing horns & speaking very loudly. :)

Liked kitchen, second rate breakfast I was very impressed with the facilities (full refrigerator, microwave, stove burners, sink and dishwasher). Everything was very clean, and the room was very roomy. Cons: couch and bed were positioned on opposite sides so could only watch TV from one or the other, and breakfast provided was limited (coffee, hot water, muffins and oatmeal) compared to other hotels. Price was very reasonable, especially for an extended stay hotel.
