Warwick well done This was on an industrial road near the highway but well lit and safe. There were many blue collar men staying at this hotel. While we didn't see families, there was no reason not to have them stay here. The rooms were clean, provided free snacks and water and included a living room and kitchen. Breakfast was merely juice, coffee and bagels and cream cheese (and some prewrapped muffins) but that was all we needed to start our day. Good business hotel This property is conveniently located within a business park close to the airport. There are no restaurants within walking distance. I had a car, I was fine. I believe the hotel offers a shuttle.

It is O.K. but not good enough It was a family trip for weekends. So, I would like to have a kichen if I can. It was the main reason why I chose the hotel. Customer service was fine but everything else was below my expectation. Photos looked nice but it was a bit disappointing when I actually saw it. The kichen was equipped alright but not even close what I expected as "Fully Equipped". One pot. Dishes only good for two. One chair for the entire room. Very weird location for very old bulky TV. family weekend smoking room smells very strong. Other than that it had everything we needed. nice place.

good value priced stay we enjoyed the kitchen the most. We saved a lot of money by cooking breakfast and dinner in the room but eating lunch out. Hotel was just off 95 and convenient drive to ever sight and beach we wanted to visit. great vacation. staff were friendly and helpful

Excellent Recommendation Called Expedia to reserve a hotel that a friend was staying at for the weekend. Unfortunately there were no rooms available at the hotel I wanted so the Expedia agent recommended Homestead. I took a chance and booked it since I need a place to stay and believe me I was very happy with the selection. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Homestead à Warwick, Rhode Island L'hôtel était très bien; cependant, le contenu des armoires était vraiment « pauvre ». Deux couteaux, deux assiettes, etc., et pourtant un lave-vaisselle! Ça ne me paraît pas très écologique! Un peu de liquide pour la vaisselle aurait été mieux. La gestion du local des déchets laissait un peu à désirer. Par contre, le personnel était vraiment très sympathique et nous a accommodés à plusieurs points de vue.

Value for money I stayed with my family at Waltham Extended Stay deluxe for 3 nights and Warwick Homestead for one night during recent vacation. I wished I had stayed in this hotel for the entire duration! The room was large and had two double beds + a sofa -bed enough for us- two adults and two children 13 and 9. It is just off 95 and about an hour away from Boston, but close to Newport. The surroundings are kind of drab but there is a Grocery store nearby with a few other stores.
