This hotel lobby reeks of urine which they try and cover with an assortment of air freshener. Bed was terrible. Incredibly noisy. People above us were like a herd of cattle and someone was in and out of the housekeeping room across the hall all night long and letting the door slam after them. Would not stay here again.

I liked the fact I could request what I needed to make our stay comfortable and the staff was fast to provide it. We weren't thrilled with what was described as a breakfast but was thankful it was there. There were some sketchy people hanging around outside late at night when I'd go out to have a cigarette but I never felt unsafe. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would come back.

I like how secluded it was and the cleanliness I didn’t like how this place didn’t provide ice. How is that there were no ice machines.

The fact that u got us in to this nice place after the one we previously booked thru you that was a dirty in a bad area with police all over cant thank Lacy and kevin for all your help .

The staff are very helpful and patient there isn't any thing about the hotel that I didn't like

I liked the kitchenette. I liked that there was a full fridge, a stove top, a microwave, and that it was pet friendly.
