It was tough for staff to keep up with demanding people I was expecting a fully usable kitchen basic coffee maker etc was just fridge sink microwave

Likes: The receptionist was very friendly upon arrival. She made the check in very easy and quick. Dislikes: Upon arrival, our room was on the 3rd floor, so we took the elevator. We had to wait about 5 minutes just for the elevator door to open which was a little scary. Once we got into the room, I noticed that the chair was blocking the heater so I moved it and found a dirty rag under it. Also, there were ink stains on the sheets and the bed made a lot of noise. The rooms were small, the house keeping doesn’t come by to remake the bed or refill the towels & washcloths, there isn’t really a breakfast, it’s just a grab & go bar. The welcoming staff is ok, there is no business or fitness center. The stairwells smell weird
