Clean and welcoming. We stopped at the Extended Stay on our way to NYC. The hotel wasn't particularly updated but it was clean and the staff were very kind- the front desk even had bags of popcorn in their basket of complimentary toiletries and were happy to give us one! The breakfast is "on the go" meaning coffee, granola bars and fruit but it did the job!

Handicap access I was in a wheelchair. The room itself was fine--plenty of room for maneuvering. Bathroom was fine, although I didn't use the shower--the bench was a bit too low for me and I didn't want to risk the transfer. Cut-out under the sink so you can get close. I broke the toilet seat transfering (plastic bolt broke) but they replaced it immediately at no charge. Kitchenette was quite nice, worked well for me. Temporary My expierience at the hotel is overall great. The staff is somewhat nice. They could be nicer .

Excessive Pet fee I paid $65.00 for a room and $25.00 (each night) for my small pet. This fee is excessive and the fee should be noted on hotels.com web site in advance. I would not have stayed at this hotel. This hotel would rather lose $65.00 in revenue than have a reasonable pet fee policy.

Good for the buck. The room was clean. The only minor problem was the heating unit. When it turned on it would make noise like it was about to take off like a plane... so I just turned it off. The greeting of the front desk was very pleasant. Thank you Christine for all the great advise to the sorrounding area.
