room was very clean. enjoyed the kitchenette. the hotel was very quiet and the location central.

Nice comfy hotel This is the 2nd time we've stayed here (family of 5), we came in late and had no problem checking in. Staff was friendly, the room was ready and comfortable, very clean as was the bathroom. Plenty of parking even at night. The hotel is also very near a mall with a Target, so we were able to get food to keep in our room/fridge to save some money with the kids' snacks, to make sandwiches, etc. We were visiting family in the Warwick area, so we will definitely make this our regular Rhode Island place to stay!

Easy to find Staff was nice, room was clean. Hotel was decent and reasonably priced.

It's an affordable no trills hotels It's an affordable no trills hotels. The type of place that you can relax at but I don't thing I would stay there for a long period of time. Other then having a AC that was a bit touche, and the strong smell of cleaning products from the hallway. It an OK place.

Right off the highway, good price We only stayed for 1 night while visiting Newport. I had no issues with the room smelling like smoke or highway noise. It is very close to the highway, and make sure you're watching your GPS for directions since the turn onto the road is a weird one. Right near malls and restaurants if you need anything. Great for the price.

no coffee everything was fine but expected in room coffee or even lobby coffee. at 5;30 am neither was available. why can't early birds have coffee and a grab and go b'fast? i paid for it.

Clean, friendly but pricey I only stayed here one night so I imagine the rate might be better for long term stays, since that's what they specialize in. Overall, it was a clean hotel located near to the Warwick mall and highway 95. The staff was friendly and not too imposing and the rooms were well equipped. I would stay again if the rate was better.
