the rate was ok, the room was not after we checked in, we walked in the room to see the bed not made, there were no covers on the pillows, and the comforter & blanket were all crumbled up in a ball right in the middle of the bed. we didn't know if we were supposed to make the bed ourselves, or if the linen were dirty linen from the previous people who stayed in the same room. we only stayed for one night, so there were no need to let management know right away, we let them know the next day about the situation before we chec... read more

Inexpensive but you get what you pay for We paid for a one-queen non-smoking room. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a two-queen room that was smoking. There was a strong smell of urine and mustiness in the room. The front desk staff was very good. The hotel manager does not know how to give directions to the hotel and gave us wrong directions! After being lost, the front desk attendant gave us good directions.
