Ok for a nigth Stayed one nigth and the hotel is ok. Nothing special but worth the stay at the time. Due to the Americas Cup in Newport this was the most affordable last min stay 30min on the freeways from Newport. No extras like breakfast or coffee at lobby. Newspaper was availiable.

Short but Great Stay We needed a hotel for just one night as our vacation cottage stay had ended but our flight home wasn't until the next day. We arrived very late but were warmly received by the hotel manager. The room was very clean and quiet. Also, we booked this the day before we stayed there and got a great rate on Expedia.com. The overall experience was most positive!

we enjoyed the nearby shopping The hotel was clean, nothing fancy but it was perfect for us.. Would book again if another occasion comes up.

Pleasant expericence in Warwick R.I I check previous reviews before booking and the all were pretty accurate, old hotel but well kept, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Quick one night stay Good place to just get a night's sleep and be one your way the next day. Full refrigerator and micowave a plus!

Close to shopping and highway exit I was very happy with Extended Stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy, but well kept and great for a weekend stay. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was close to the mall and and other shopping centers and just off Rt 2. Great room for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

You'll love this place The only problem I had was with the dampness of the carpet when we arrived. It's a wonderful place to stay. The malls across the way and the restaurants: high five!

overall good experience spacious, very clean. did not provide toiletries in room, but are available at desk. noisy upstairs guests, finally quieted down at about 10:30 pm. overall a good place for the money.
