Staff Very Nice & Helpful The Staff was very friendly & the location was fablous. Close to mall & stores. Good room for the money, only down side is the beds are hard as a rock.

Great for people with kids At the last minute we planned and impromptu weekend getaway to attend a family birthday party. We were very pleased with the condition, maintenance, and PRICE of this hotel. The kitchenette feature was a lifesaver for those with small children. We didn't have to spend a king's ransom feeding everyone! The location was okay, a little far from the beaches, but on the weekends unless you are ON the beach you get stuck in traffic no matter where you are. Good except the smoke Staff was very friendly and rooms were of good size. Value couldn't be beat. However we stayed in a smoke free room and it reeked of smoke. Other than that, everything was good.

Great Room and Service Ms. Cabral, Guest Services, was incredible. She went beyond normal procedure to make sure our stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Great Location This hotel was perfect for our trip. We wanted to spend the weekend in Newport without the Newport hotel prices. The drive into Newport was only about 1/2 hr and best of all Providence was only 15 minutes away, so we grabbed dinner in Providence one night. We wanted to utilize the kitchen and cook breakfast - the hotel was off a main road so shopping for breakfast items was very easy. Front desk was very helpful and friendly and I would overall recommend this hotel - especially for a Newport stay.
