Nice place to stay for a night Stayed over night after visiting Newpot. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel .com customer service The service reps at Hotel.com are terrible at customer service. Spent 45 min on telephone to get them to fix issue with hotel desk clerk. Desk clerk could not view my reservation. Desk clerk and the customer (me) were very frustrated at inability of your reps to understand issue. Will NEVER use hotel.com for a another hotel booking.
Ok but not clean. Smoke smell in a non smoking room. Lobby needed vacuming. There is a level of attention to cleanliness missing in the chain.
Just stayed over night. Had a mini kitchen with full size refrigerator. No pots pans or dishes.

The hotel was very nice and comforting. Only thing I didn't agree with was housekeeping did not clean my room each day I stayed or made sure I had towels everyday because my stay wasn't 7 days or longer. I think housekeeping should clean the room and make sure new towels are available no matter how long you stay. Other than that minor issue the hotel was very nice. I would stay again.
