Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. My wife and I spent the day in Newport, with dinner, then overnighted at Extended Stay America. Hopped right on I-95 North the next morning on our way to Maine.

Clean and convenient The hotel is conveniently located very near I95, quiet and well-insulated against noise. There are restaurants, a grocery store, gas station, etc. etc. in proximity and the airport is a 10 minute drive. Although I didn't plan to use the cooking facilities, it was convenient to have a refrigerator for my stay as the breakfast bar does not really provide an adequate (i.e. nutritious) start for the day. Rate including Breakfast. But no Breakfast The hotel was nice. Clean and roomy. Since we stay one night only, we didn't use their kitchen. Usually that will be my biggest reason to choose a hotel if I need to stay more than two nights. The rate was including breakfast. But there was nothing to eat. Very basic. No tea and breakfast is very very basic but staff are very friendly.
The hotel was super convenient The hotel was super convenient to the local attractions.
A bit too loud in morning! It was a bit loud at 6:30 Am ! I was on the 2nd floor and it was 6:00 am! Lots of noise until 8:30 am
