Extended stay meets expectations. Friendly atmosphere with a clean common area. The room and the bathroom was clean and well maintained.

Overnight Stay We were in town for just an overnight stay. The hotel is a bit different than the typical hotel. No gym but a very friendly staff who went out of their way to proactively help, a basic breakfast, and a kitchen with the room. We purchased groceries before our arrival. With a full size kitchen we were able to prepare two meals which saved us more than a few dollars eating out. The room wasn't fancy but it was clean and it lived up to its promises. I'd stay here again.
J&W Weekend No one was at the front desk when we arrived for check in at around 7pm. We asked about a folding bed and no one called us back. The breakfast set up was good.

You get what you pay for There was a strange odor in the room when I walked in...kind of like an old lady's perfume. I am very sensitive to smells and I was not a fan. It also seemed like the hotel used to be a smoking hotel because there were faint scent of cigarette smoke. Also, I have stayed at other Extended Stays and they had dishes and utensils in the room. This hotel didn't.
