This hotel is a little hard to find. Even my GPS was confused. But the front desk was very helpful when we called.

my experience in Extended stay America I stayed for 5 nights and my room was not cleaned throughout i find that strange because do you expect me tp do the cleaning myself?

Decent enough hotel with a couple issues The hotel itself was fine, with clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I really liked the kitchenette feature, which was good since although we were in town for just 1 night, we didn't want to spend a bundle on going out to eat every meal. A full sized fridge with a microwave and stove top were perfect. The only issues I had were with noise. Last minute guest Very reasonable clean and well located. Offered discounted passes to a great gym across the street. Free coffee and snacks for breakfast and a kitchen also Great value

Pretty Standard! Sheets like parchment, soul-less but functional. Still smells a bit like cigarette smoke.

No major complaints Pretty much exactly as expected. Room was clean and well-maintained, as is the hotel itself. Biggest issue: the two carts available upon check-in were in bad shape; one was even worse than the other. Upon check-out, neither cart was available, causing me to make several trips from a room in a far corner of the building on the 3rd floor. Nice Hotel Stayed there for 4th July, because everything in Newport was too expensive. Overall good experience.
