Friendly and very helpful I had to go to RI for a sad family emergency. Deborah at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! She called 3 taxi companies and arranged for the most convenient one. Then she wrote a note and put it under my room door to remind me about some expedia billing issues. She was so cheerful and helpful it was exactly the help I needed traveling across country in a sad situation!

Bare Bones, but Clean The check in clerk when we arrived at 1:30am was awesome! This is a bare bones, no frills property. It's clean, we felt safe, the location was convenient, but it is pretty stark.
location great I cannot say enough about the day manager. i had checked out and realized i forgot my pillow which was special to my physical problems. She went out of her way to find it and mail it to me. Things like this rarely happen, she was wonderful and understanding. Great management skills and customer service skills.
Great place to stay in East Greenwich Enjoyed our stay. The perfect place for us. So nice to be able to prepare breakfast. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade your cookware! I know most folks are only with you for a short time, but a better-grade frying pan would have made clean up easier!
Perfectly Adequate and we brought the dog too Stayed here before my wife ran a race in Newport the next day. Perfectly adequate sleeping space. Everything was comfortable and functional. And they let us bring the dog too.
