Great service from the staff. Rest never again First hotel Ive been in where they didnt have a breakfest or exercise room or indoor pool. Price was to much not to have even one of them. Service was great,top notch,excellant. Hotel itself wasnt. Loud, you coud hear everything going on outside. I had a corner room and u heard the wind and traffic.

Excellent Quality and a Great Bargain The staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We were attending the Newport Jazz Festival, and this hotel was very convenient to Fort Adams Park, only about a 25-minute drive. For anyone visiting Newport, this is a great bargain. It will be our choice from now on when we are in Newport for the Jazz Festival or any other reason. We were lucky to get this room, because we only booked a couple of weeks ago. Quick overnight in the Narraganset RI area 2nd year in a row that we have stayed her due to the convenient location to our destination and a great rate. While we only needed the room to get some sleep, we appreciated that the rooms were clean and quiet. We didn't find the beds overly comfortable, but others in our party did not complain

nice place for the price this hotel is just what you would expect at this price, getting dated but not too bad yet. it was very clean. the only neg thing i could say is that i got a smoking room when i requested a non smoking room, and i booked 6 weeks prior to going. they claimed all the n/s rooms were booked. but still a decent place to stay.

Basic Lodging at a Great Price I paid half of what I would otherwise spent for an overnight stay in Rhode Island. I was looking for a no frills, clean and attractive room with friendly staff. Extended Stay America delivered. Yes, the bed was very firm, as many have complained, but with my back problems it was therapeutic.
