Beds were stiff and there were cigarette ashes in the stairwell. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Rates were very reasonable

bed harder than an oak board We were just staying one night while attending a wedding. The Hotel and room, upon first impression were delightful. Extremely clean lobby and room, very, very helpful desk agent, and very convenient. The biggest issue we had was that the bed had the hardest mattress I or my husband had ever experienced. There were not enough pillows either (only 2 skimpy ones on a queen bed), and when I went down to the desk to ask for more, there were no more to be had. Nice Hotel! Room/hotel was clean. Service good. As far as other comments saying that the bed was too hard -- it was firm, but not uncomfortable. Easy access to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. Other restaurants also close by. Comment about arriving late or leaving early was inaccurate. The hotel doors are locked at 11 PM, but there is a phone inside the door & you just dial "600" & an associate assists you. Overall a nice stay. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect. The reason for the 4 rating is because the carpet and bathrooms did seem a bit dated.

Great stop over for either business or travel Cleanliness of room/hotel - very nice Quality of service - very helpful Hotel amenities - will meet your needs for extended stay Hotel location - close to Wickford & reasonable drive to Newport

the stay was just a short overnight. hotel staff excellent. great price the only thing i did not like was the mattress was not very good, it was very soft. i know that is minor but i just wanted to be honest. otherwise i had no other problem i would stay there again on a short stay.
