Good value, could use a little sprucing up Pluses of this location include being close to the interstate highway, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Minuses for me included worn carpeting in my room and several sugar ants crawling around the A/C unit. (Fortunately, they didn't go any further into the room from there.) The friendly employee at the front desk offered to let me change rooms because of the ants, but I declined because it wasn't a big deal. For the price, this was a good deal.

Eh, it was okay. The room was nice and spacious. I was by myself, with a king bed suite. The room was tidy but there was an awful smell of animal urine in the couch area. I thought I was just being picky, but that is definitely what it was. Pets are allowed in hotel. Staff were super friendly. Checking in and out was very simple. No shampoo or conditioner in room, only body soap bar. Very close to south point mall, which was awesome!

Business Trip I was in need of a hotel for a quick out of town business trip and this fit the bill, nice stay.

Justin Gadson My experience at this hotel is great. Whenever I'm in the city of Durham I don't even look for another hotel. This had to be one of my favorites.

good room Great place to stay if going to Immigration Offices. Go out for breakfast if you want more than a snack.

You get what you pay for The hotel was in a good location. The wifi is OK. The computer in the business center runs on XP and is generally inoperable (time for an upgrade). The breakfast offered each morning is substandard; plain oatmeal, some granola bars or muffins if you are lucky, and coffee. The rooms are apparently "pet friendly" and not really thoroughly cleaned after a pet might stay there. Room carpets show a lot of stains, etc.
