Extended Stay Deluxe Durham-RTP--it was passable The front desk needs a little re-training on customer service. At check in, the girl made a personal joke that really wasn't appropriate for someone you don't know. I had a broken coffee maker in my room and I asked to have it replaced. The girl forgot to look for one, so six hours later, it was finally replaced. The dvd player was not hooked up correctly and couldn't be used. Nice place to stay Checking in was not particularly pleasant, but the rest of our stay was very nice. The room had a fully equiped kitchen, stove, full size refridgerator, and a full size dishwasher with all the cooking and eating untensils. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get around Raleigh from this location. I was sorry we would only be there 1 night. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, especially long term with the really great kitchen.

Great Hotel-Slow Wireless The wireless internet that is not free but you are charged per day is dismally slow. It takes a page 5 minutes to load. The same is the case for the business center which needs to be hard wired. It's connected by wireless and the speed is dismal. PLEASE CHANGE, THIS POINT IS A DEAL BREAKER WILL NOT STAY IN A PLACE WITH SLOW WIRELESS INTERNET.

Great long term hotel Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could be a bit more clean but they are comfortable. Insufficient cookware. Good restaurants nearby.

Missing/non-functioning Remote control good overall value but had some difficulty getting a remote for the TV that worked.

Good for the Price This hotel was good for the price I paid. I didn't really use any of the kitchen, except the refrigerator, so i can't speak to the kitchen accommodations. But, the bed was comfortable and the room was sufficient for my needs. The only two complaints were (1) there was a dirty rag left on the floor when I arrived... I'm assuming by the cleaning staff, and (2) the room wasn't very spacious because of all the stuff in it, but there's really no way to avoid that w/ these extended stay hotels.
